SagarHosting.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from SagarHosting.com’s reliance on any instruction, notice, document or communication reasonably believed by SagarHosting.com to be genuine and originating from an authorized representative of your corporate entity. If there is reasonable doubt about the authenticity of any such instruction, notice, document or communication, SagarHosting.com reserves the right (but undertakes no duty) to require additional authentication from you.

3. ACCOUNTS
In order to access some of the features of this site or use some of the services found at this site, you will have to create an account. You represent and warrant to SagarHosting.com that all information you submit when you create your Account is accurate, current and complete, and that you will keep your account information accurate, current and complete. If SagarHosting.com has reason to believe that your account information is untrue, inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete, SagarHosting.com reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate your account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, whether authorized by you or not, and you must keep your account information secure, including without limitation your customer number/login, password and payment method(s). 4. Unlimited Hosting Policy
A normal shared hosting package uses shared resources i.e. multiple users share hosting packages on the same server. As we incorporate new technologies and add new servers to our fleet, we allow our users to do more hosting business with us. That means, we would be able to offer practically unlimited resources for our users who use our hosting products for genuine purpose. Our every hosting package comes with set of AUPs which are agreed before you purchase our products. Following listed activities are not allowed in our shared environment. File sharing, archive, backup, mirroring or distribution sites. A site created primarily to drive traffic to another site.
Making your account resources available (whether for free or paid) to the general public. Copyrighted content to which you do not hold usage or distribution rights. Sagar Hosting reserves the right to delete data stored on our servers that violates any of the terms in the Unlimited Policy and generally in our Terms of Service/ AUP. Fair usage of resources by our clients allow us to provide unlimited hosting packages for them. For example, we have determined that anyone using over 10 GB [This could be changed] of disk space in our shared hosting is likely to be using our servers as a backup device or to host video content. This is not an acceptable in our shared hosting service. We also have similar limits for other hosting parameters. This means, for all legitimate hosting owners, it is unlimited.
5. Information Collection and Sharing
We will track visitors visiting our website, this will be limited to geographical location, type of services in demand, browser etc. This practice is intended to improve our services and business. We collect your information such as name, email ID, telephone number, address, zip code, website and other personal details while placing an order, contacting sales/support through email, chat or phone.
This information will be used only for responses or reminders related to subscribed services depending on user inquiries. We also will use these details to notify you with our latest offers or discounts or any scheduled maintenance activities on our servers. 11. Payment Terms
Our payment terms for our Website Designs are 50% deposit, with the remaining invoice balance due Before your site goes live or maximum 6 weeks later. If your website design is not completed with this time frame the balance remaining is still due. The designer and the client must work together to complete the website in a timely manner. We agree to work expeditiously to complete the website. If the client does not supply the designer complete text and graphics content for all pages contracted for within six weeks of the date the verbal contract to commence web design, the entire amount of the contract becomes due and payable. If the client has not submitted complete text and graphics content within 3 Weeks after verbal agreement to commence web design, an additional continuation fee of 10% of the total contract price will also be assessed each month until the website is advertised.
